The images were filmed in the Ataturk Centre in Instambul. The complex was built in 1967 by Hayati Tabanlioglu, in a late modernist style, and nowadays is at the center of a political controversy: between the people who want it to be torn down, and its supporters who want its permanence as an emblem of the country’s modernity.
